What to Expect, Start to Finish
Most bad clearing stories come from jobs that were never pinned down — no written price, no written date, no agreed finish. Here's how mine run instead, every time.
- 1
Free On-Site Estimate
We walk the property together. I see what's actually standing on it — density, stem size, terrain, access — because none of that shows over the phone.
- 2
Written Price
You get the price in writing before anything starts. Priced by machine time, so the number doesn't move once the work begins.
- 3
Start Date in Writing
You get your start date in writing the day you sign. Because I own the machine, the calendar is mine to keep.
- 4
Confirmation the Day Before
You hear from me the day before I roll. If weather moves your date, you hear it from me first — not after you've noticed.
- 5
On Site Every Full Workday
I'm on your property every full workday until the job is finished. I don't split time across jobs.
- 6
The Final Walk-Through
We walk the finished ground together. Anything that got missed, I take care of before we call it done.
While the Job Runs
Photos and video whenever you ask, and any question answered inside a day. You don't have to be home, and you don't have to wonder what's happening on your own land.
If Weather Moves In
Soaked red clay ruts under any machine, and I won't tear up your ground to hold a date. If weather moves your date, you hear it from me first — not after you've noticed — and we set the new one right then.
Settling Up
Payment terms are agreed in writing with your price, before work starts. I take Cash, Check, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal — no credit cards, and you're hearing that now instead of at the end.
Why It Can Run This Way
One reason: I own the machine and run it myself. No rental return date pressuring the schedule, no sub crew to coordinate, no office between you and the operator. When something's promised, the man promising it is the man doing it.
Start With the Free Walk-Through
A free on-site walk-through, a written price, and a start date in writing. That's how every job begins.
